Express Delivery Services provides courier and delivery services throughout Maitland, Thornton, Newcastle and the Hunter Region.

By using our services you agree that:

• Delivery times are estimates only.

• Customers must ensure parcels are packaged appropriately.

• Dangerous goods must not be sent unless previously approved.

• Payment is due in accordance with agreed trading terms.

• We are not liable for delays caused by weather, road closures, accidents or events outside our control.

• Claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Maximum liability is limited to the value of the courier service unless additional insurance has been arranged.
